Z Custom is a full service custom powder coating, painting and metal finishing facility.

Z Custom is in the business of providing manufacturing services to the specification of our customers. We will strive to do this better than anyone else and continually improve so that we provide a high quality product, delivered on time, at a competitive price, so people would seek us out.

.Z Custom is a "Custom Coater" not a production line coater. Pieces up to 5 feet can be coated in our ovens. All steel parts are iron phosphated for rest protection before coating. Z Custom only accepts clean, grease free parts. Grinding, cleaning, stripping and blasting are at an additional $45 per hour shop rate charge.
